Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS to confirm your order. Please check your spam folder as some messages may end up there. 

      • Once your order is shipped we will send you another email or SMS to confirm the order is shipped as well as a tracking number or a link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
      • Due to shipping delays related to COVID-19, we have extended our policy to offer a full refund for orders not received 75 days after an order is placed. Please be sure to track your package and email us if you have any questions at  If you do receive the order after a refund has been issued, we ask that you notify us and return the item with a pre-paid shipping label that we will provide.
