We’ve made it really easy for you to shop and buy from Interior Icons. All you need to do is follow the process below:
1. Browse our collections and click on the pieces you’re interested in.
2. Select a product you’d like, then click “Add to Cart”
3. When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the top-right corner
4. Click “Checkout”, fill out your address and payment details
5. Click “Complete Order" You're done and that's it!

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. However, orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please note that we process orders as soon as we can. To request an order cancellation, contact us immediately at email@example.com with “Cancel Order” as the subject line.

At Moren Decor, we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before being shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email that will include tracking information.

If you want additional items on your order, the best way to do this is by placing an additional order through our website.
We email your order confirmation to the email address you listed when you placed your order. Sometimes a customer accidently inputs a different email address or mistypes their email address when they place an order. We take every care to ensure that the product images shown have the most accurate color possible. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color may exist.

For items that are proven to have arrived incorrect, damaged or defective – we will refund your original shipping charge and provide you with a return label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect or faulty item is received. Please note that proof of purchase from Moren Decor is required, and third-party purchases are not covered. The customer must also provide any information requested to include, but not limited to: images and a full description of the fault.
A faulty product claim may be compensated only at the discretion of Moren Decor and we reserve the right to offer compensation. Compensation will be paid within 14 days of the date of the confirmation. Compensation will consist of a full refund of your original shipping charge and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect or faulty item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund to your original method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If your card is authorized, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming your order has been successful. We will not charge you afterwards for any failed payment transactions.
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Card, JCB Card, Paypal, Venmo. If you purchased with a prepaid American Express, Visa, or Mastercard gift card, please keep the gift card until you are satisfied with your transaction even if you have used the total value. In case of any order adjustment or cancellation, a credit will be issued to the original gift card.

If there are multiple products in an order, please identify the product with the issue.If the product was defective, please provide a description of the defect. If the product arrived damage, please describe the damage. Please provide a photo of the defective or damaged item.If the return is for any other reason, please include a specific reason for the return.If the product was incorrect, please indicate and identify the correct product that should have been sent. Please indicate if you want the correct product in place of the incorrect product.If the product is being returned for other reasons, please indicate your issue with the product. If the reason is that you do not like the product, please tell us why. It will not hurt our feelings. This will help us in the future in improving our product selection.
Moren Decor does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
While we want everyone to experience Moren Decor, at this time we are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states (this excluded Hawaii and Alaska), but be sure to check back periodically for updated shipping options.
Shipping is FREE for all US orders for a limited time.
