COVID-19 UPDATE: EXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS

The timeline listed below can be used as a guideline only for estimated delivery times. These timelines are subject to change at any time due to third-party factors beyond our control.
Current processing time: Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days to process your order.
Estimated current transit time: 15 to 20 business days once order is processed.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS US
While we want everyone to experience Moren Decor, at this time we are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
NON-COVID 19 STANDARD SHIPPING
- FREE shipping for all US orders to the contiguous 48 states for a limited time.
- Standard processing time: 2 to 4 business days
- Standard transit time: 6 - 8 business days with insured tracking

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM EST ON MON - FRI
Standard processing and delivery times are valid for orders placed on Monday - Friday by 3PM EST. For orders placed after 3PM EST on Monday - Friday, or on weekends and holidays, please allow an extra business day for processing and delivery.
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a quick link to our Track My Order. If the link is unavailable, the Track Order page is located on the top and bottom of our website. We will do our best to provide additional shipping notifications but the carrier provides the updates. We assume no liability for shipping notifications up to and including any notice of delivery. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders may not be cancelled if the Carrier has processed the order. Once the carrier assigns the tracking number, the order may not be cancelled. The order will still be subject to our liberal Returns Policy which allows returns after receipt of the item within 30 days. Please review the Returns Policy because there are exceptions to the refund policy. All returns are subject to the Returns Policy.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the status of your order to appear after it has been shipped using Track My Order. You will need to provide the tracking number given to you in your shipping confirmation email to access this information. We will do our best to provide additional shipping notifications but the carrier provides the updates. We assume no liability for shipping notifications up to and including any notice of delivery. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be notified and provided with two or more unique tracking numbers.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
