The following terms and conditions apply to visitors and customers of www.morendecor.com. 

The term ‘Moren Decor’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website www.morendecor.com. ("Site"). The term ‘you’ refers to the user of the website. By accessing or using www.morendecor.com website, ("Service") you agree to the terms and conditions, as listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
We do our best to provide accurate delivery charge information, however we reserve the right to change delivery charges or product pricing after an online order is placed. If this occurs then you may cancel the order prior to shipment. This may be the case if:

• We discover a mistake in our pricing
• We do not offer delivery in your area

• Other information has come to light that affects delivery charges

Products may be available on different sales channel which may result in a different price being displayed. The only governing price for any product is the online store. Any pricing that is displayed on another sales channel that is different than the price on the online store will not be honored. 

Moren Decor accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Paypal and Venmo). Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

If you purchased with a prepaid American Express, Visa, or Mastercard gift card, please keep the gift card until you are satisfied with your transaction even if you have used the total value. In case of any order adjustment or cancellation, a credit will be issued to the original gift card.
 
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
 
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. We retain the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively to an order. The minimum specified order threshold is the value of the whole order before discount is applied.

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays. For more information on delivery, please review our FAQ.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on morendecor.com, any succsor website subject to these Terms or Service or any third party site that may be used to process payments for morendecor.com.  You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA applicable to contracts made and to be performed wholly within such State, and without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. Any suit brought hereon shall be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Newark, New Jersey (USA), the parties hereto hereby waiving any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient or proper. Each party hereby agrees that any such court shall have in personam jurisdiction over it and consents to service of process in any manner authorized by New Jersey (USA) law.

Moren Decor at its option may request mediation prior to the commencement of any litigation or during any litigation between the parties. The selection of the mediator shall be at the discretion of Moren Decor and such mediation shall take place in Hackensack, New Jersey (USA). If the matter remains unresolved within sixty (60) days after the commencement, Moren Decor may initiate mediation upon written notice to the other party ("Notice Date"), whereupon both parties shall be obligated to engage in a mediation proceeding under the then current Center for Public Resources (“CPR”) Model Procedure for Medication of Business Disputes, except that specific provisions of this Section shall override inconsistent provisions of the CPR Model Procedure. Moren Decor shall select a mediator from the CPR Panels of Neutrals. The parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation until one of the following occurs: (i) the parties reach a written settlement; (ii) the mediator notifies the parties in writing that they have reached an impasse; (iii) the parties agree in writing that they have reached an impasse; or (iv) the parties have not reached a settlement within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Notice Date. Any mediation may take place by telephone or in Hackensack, NJ (USA) or another location in the State of New Jersey as selected by Moren Decor. 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
