• Our goal is to ship your order out as soon as possible. Tracking information is provided for each order.

• We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Our delivery time for most of our orders is approximately 2 weeks. 
• Please  review our Shipping Policy for  shipping delays related to COVID-19 or high demand.
• If your order contains more than one item, we may ship out each item as soon as it is processed. As a result, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. 
• Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office.  As per our Shipping Policy, you will be responsible for paying custom duties and taxes.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, return it to us for free.  Just e-mail us at info@morendecor.com within 30 days of your purchase to arrange for the return of the product.  All returns are subject to our Return Policy.  Once your request for a return is approved, we willl send you a pre-paid shipping label at no cost for the return.
